Sukumar Sey is an independent filmmaker and director working across music videos and short films.

Under the banner Sey Pakangal, he creates films with a focus on clarity, emotion, and disciplined execution. Each project is approached with a distinct visual style based on the idea, rather than a fixed formula.

He has also worked as an assistant director on a feature film starring Madhavan, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale production.
